What is an MOT Test?

The MOT is a regular examination of the condition of cars and light commercial vehicles in mainland Britain.

How often is it required?

It is required annually for all vehicles over three years old.

Do all vehicles require one ?

There are one or two very minor exceptions, such as small ‘breakdown’ trucks. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding this.

Which classes of vehicles do you accept ?

We carry out MOT tests on Class 4 vehicles. However, MOTs for vehicles exceeding this level can be arranged upon request.
